Remote Lead, Innovation & NPD

Slick Gorilla, a UK-born global men’s hair care brand, is seeking a Head of Innovation & NPD to drive end-to-end product development. This full-time remote role leads market and consumer research, idea generation, concept testing, and the creation of new products from brief through launch.

You will mentor a cross-functional team, partner with marketing and supply chain, and monitor trends and technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of men’s personal care.
