Development Support Officer – Housing Projects (Hybrid)

Radius Housing is seeking an Assistant Development Officer to support the Development team in delivering high-quality homes across tenures. The role involves assisting from inception through handover and final closure, with a 37-hour week and hybrid/smart working arrangements at Radius Head Office, Holywood.

The role requires Level 3 qualifications and relevant housing/ Construction experience, plus driving licence and strong communication skills.
