Endoscopy Care Pathway Navigator

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a patient pathway coordinator within the Endoscopy Department. The role involves booking Endoscopy procedures within clinical wait times, prioritising daily targets and adding referrals to waiting lists on EPR.

You will liaise with multidisciplinary teams, schedule admissions on EPR, and ensure patients have all necessary information. You will maintain confidentiality and support service improvements across the team.
