More About The Team

We are looking to recruit a Property Manager on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, this is a great opportunity to join a growing area of the business.

This role is based on site at Touchstone Bath, The working hours are Monday to Thursday 9am – 5.30 and Friday 9am – 5pm. After an initial period of training (2-4 weeks), this role offers hybrid working (3 days at home).

More About Your Role

You are providing the first point of contact for all customer enquiries and complaints relating to the customer and the property, it is imperative that the highest level of service is provided to both internal and external clients.

Your role will involve managing and working with other internal teams to ensure that all new properties are uploaded on to the system and all information including diaries and document are accurately recorded.

At Places for People, we are committed to a safe working environment so a basic DBS check is mandatory.

More About You

Customer Service Experience is essential for this role. Knowledge of IT packages such as MS Word and Excel along with the ability to multi task is also desired.
