Job Description:
Brighton & Hove City Council seeks a Fostering Support Officer (Foster Plus) to provide high-intensity support to children and young people moving from residential into foster care. You will work with residential homes, foster carers, families and Social Work teams to promote stability and strengthen relationships.
The role requires experience with children in care, ability to manage risk and travel across Sussex to meet needs.
