Keep our club moving safely and efficiently

The Fleet Manager is the guardian of the clubs transport safety, performance, and operational excellence. In this pivotal role, youll ensure every 17seater, 9seater, and van in our fleet stays roadworthy, compliant, and optimised for cost and efficiency, while championing a culture where safety is second nature for both our professional drivers and our grey fleet colleagues using their own vehicles for club activities.

Youll also play a key leadership role, providing direction and daytoday support to our team of four parttime drivers. Through clear communication, consistent coaching, and a forwardthinking mindset, youll help shape a transport operation that is resilient, futureready, and always centred around people.
