Youth Employment Advisor for Neurodiverse Teens

Red 5 People in Wakefield is seeking a Youth Employment Advisor to support 16–24-year-olds, helping them gain skills, confidence and guidance for employment. The role combines classroom learning with hands‑on, practical support in a project that helps participants move into paid work.

You will work with a small group of young people with an EHCP, arranging supported work experience, advising on workplace adjustments, and providing travel training to enable reliable commutes.
