CNC Programmer/Setter (5-Axis) – Employee-Owned

Sigma Recruitment Ltd is seeking a CNC Programmer/Setter to join a small team. You will take ownership of programming and machining to produce precision aluminium components for electronics applications.

You’ll run 5-axis (3+2) milling, set and operate machines, and refine programs as new work arrives. Expect 0.05mm tolerances on parts up to 400mm square in a supportive, employee‑driven environment.
