Key Responsibilities:

• Define and deliver a European sales strategy aligned with a luxury and niche positioning.
• Grow revenue, distribution and brand desirability across key European prestige markets.
• Develop and lead joint business plans with premium distributors and high end retail partners.
• Negotiate commercial terms, margins and marketing investment at senior level.
• Drive elevated trade marketing and in store experiences that reflect luxury brand values.
• Ensure flawless execution of launches, campaigns and seasonal activations in store.
• Track sales performance, forecasts and P&L, sharing strategic insights with leadership.
• Act as a senior brand ambassador in market, representing the brand with credibility and authority.

Candidate Requirements:

• Some to extensive experience in luxury, premium or niche beauty or fragrance sales.
• Strong commercial acumen with confidence managing forecasts, budgets and profitability.
• Proven ability to influence and negotiate with senior distributor and retail stakeholders.
• Polished communication style with a natural affinity for premium brand storytelling.
