360 Recruitment Consultant – Industrial/Manufacturing Sector

Location: Luton

Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 basic per annum plus very high commission structure

My client is an independent recruiter with several branches. The Luton branch is expanding and seeks an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record in the industrial and manufacturing sector and experience recruiting for the Luton region.

Responsibilities

• Act as a full‑cycle recruitment consultant, mapping, attending meetings and filling your own diary with client appointments.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams, including database management and business development activities.
• Source and secure temporary and permanent positions in the industrial and temps sectors.
• Manage your own portfolio of accounts, demonstrating autonomy and accountability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
• Strong track record of winning new business and achieving recruitment targets.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and professional presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, competitive environment and adapt quickly.

Dependent on recruitment experience and billing history, the basic salary ranges from £28,000 to £32,000, with bonus and a high commission structure.
