UK Regional Sales Director — Build First Enterprise Team

Tsuga is seeking a Regional Sales Director for the UK to build and lead our first sales team, reporting to the Head of Sales and collaborating with the CEO. You’ll manage executives, drive multi-month cycles, and scale our observability-focused product to engineering-led enterprises across Europe and beyond.

You will hire and onboard early AEs, define the regional playbook, and own pipeline generation with Marketing while maintaining MEDDIC discipline and strong forecast accuracy.
