No previous care experience needed — full training, flexible hours and genuine career progression provided.
What we offer:
Premium hourly rates £15 – £16.10 per care call p/h.
Min 1 hour care calls with clients
Paid training & shadowing
Paid Milage & travel allowance
No uniform

Access to Support anytime from managers and collegues
Duties will include:
Promoting independence
Housekeeping
Meal preparation
Taking Clients for appointments or outing
Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day
Administering medication
Assisting with personal care
Companionship
Requirements:

Be available for a selection of the following: Mornings: 7am-12pm / Evenings: 5pm-10pm & Alternative Weekends
Must hold a full and valid full UK driving licence and have unlimited access to own vehicle with business use
Must have the right to work in the UK – we cannot offer sponsorship, sponsor switch
