You’ll be working a 4 on 4 off night shift pattern, carrying out cage work and working towards a permanent position.
Pay17.50 per hour for the first 12 weeks48,000 per annum once permanentThe Role
As a Class 1 Driver, you’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods using cages.
Your duties will include:
Completing cage deliveries and collectionsSafely loading, securing and transporting cagesCarrying out daily vehicle checksFollowing all drivers’ hours and tachograph regulationsCompleting delivery paperwork accuratelyMaintaining a clean and presentable vehicleProviding a professional service to customersWorking safely and efficiently throughout your shiftWhat We’re Looking ForValid Class 1 (C+E) licenceMinimum 3 months’ Class 1 driving experienceValid CPC and Digital Tachograph CardGood understanding of drivers’ hours and tachograph regulationsReliable and professional approachGood communication skillsNo more than 6 points on your licenceWhat’s on Offer?17.50 per hour for the first 12 weeks48,000 per annum once permanent4 on 4 off night shiftsCage workConsistent, ongoing workGenuine temp-to-perm opportunityExcellent work-life balanceSupport from your dedicated recruitment consultant
