Senior Support Worker: Lead Care Team & Growth

Voyage Care is seeking a dedicated Senior Support Worker for Norton Fitzwarren. You will help people gain independence and support the Manager with day-to-day supervision of the nursing service in large grounds with a friendly team.

Ideal candidates have Senior Support Worker experience and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care, plus experience with enhanced support needs, including mental health, autism and trauma. We offer enhanced pay, benefits and DBS checks.
