Paragon Skills is expanding its team of Personal Tutors to support Health and Social Care learners across Levels 2-5. You will deliver engaging teaching, conduct learner observations, and build strong links with employer partners to ensure progression.
Remote with travel, 36.5 hours per week, and flexible arrangements are offered. A Level 3 Assessor and teaching qualification are required, along with EPA knowledge and the ability to travel for in-person sessions.
