The Role:

Join a busy banking and finance Litigation team handling high-quality matters including the following:

• Banking and lending disputes, including breaches of loan agreements and security enforcement.




• Recovery actions for banks, finance companies and other lenders.




• Professional negligence claims involving financial advisers, solicitors and accountants.




• Fraud, asset tracing and injunctive relief.




• Insolvency-related disputes, including claims involving administrators, liquidators and directors.




• Guarantee and indemnity disputes.




• Shareholder, partnership and commercial contract disputes with a banking or finance element.




• Enforcement of judgments and debt recovery, both domestically and cross-border.
