As the Care Home Manager your regular duties and responsibilities will include:– Leading a fantastic team to deliver exceptional person-centred care.– Ensure the home remains fully compliant with CQC standards.– Manage budgets and drive a commercially successful service.– Build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.– Work alongside a supportive Deputy Manager, Administrator, Hospitality & Housekeeping Teams, with experienced Operational support behind you every step of the way.
The ideal person for this Care Home Manager position, will need these skills and experience:– Experience managing a Residential or Nursing Home.– Excellent understanding of CQC and a passion for achieving high standards.– Lead with kindness, integrity, and a healthy sense of humour.– NMC registration is desirable but not essential.
