Expense & Cost Optimization Partner

AXA UK is seeking an Expense Business Partner to drive financial efficiency and partner with International Leadership Committee members and business units. You will analyse the cost base, influence decision-making, and support short-term budgets and long-term cost objectives.

In this role you will manage and optimise expenses, deliver insights, promote financial discipline, and build cross-functional relationships to enable strategic growth and meaningful business outcomes.
