Lead Demand Planning Manager (Hybrid 3/2)

BrewDog is seeking a Demand Planning Manager to lead the S&OP function and a team of four planners. You will manage rolling forecasts, collaborate with sales and finance, and drive forecast accuracy across all channels. This is a key leadership role within Supply Chain.

The role requires strong forecasting skills, experience with multiple planning software platforms and a track record in FMCG demand planning. Hybrid work model with occasional travel may apply.
