Youre will be well supported from day one, working with warm existing clients while also building new commercial relationships. Youll understand their hiring challenges, identify outstanding candidates and manage the recruitment process through to successful placement.
You dont need previous recruitment experience, however B2B sales aptitude is essential. Youll be digitally confident and comfortable using social media, online platforms and technology to build relationships and create opportunities.
