What you’ll be doing
Supporting the Executive Chef with menu development and seasonal creativity.
Leading the kitchen team during high-profile events and service.
Being hands-on in the kitchen, ensuring exceptional food quality every day.
Inspiring and developing your team while maintaining high standards.
Helping build the culture of a brand-new venue with plenty of room for ideas and innovation.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has experience as a Senior Sous Chef or strong Sous Chef in events or high-volume hospitality.
Is creative and passionate about developing exciting menus.
Has a hands-on leadership style and leads by example.
Enjoys working in a dynamic, ever-changing events environment.
Wants to be part of building something special from the beginning.
