Overview
We are hiring a Retail Media Account Director at an exciting moment of growth, following a major new client win that is shaping the future of our Commerce offering. Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic direction and execution of retail media campaigns across key platforms, delivering strong eCommerce outcomes
- Build and grow client relationships, becoming a trusted partner and guiding long-term account development
- Shape account growth plans and innovation roadmaps that unlock new opportunities following our latest client win
- Oversee campaign performance, translating data into clear actions that improve results and efficiency
- Support and develop a team of specialists, creating an environment where people can learn, contribute and succeed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, high-quality solutions for clients
- Manage budgets, billing processes and commercial performance to ensure campaigns deliver measurable value
Qualifications
- Experience leading retail media or eCommerce accounts within an agency or client-side environment
- Strong understanding of retail media platforms such as Amazon Advertising, Criteo or similar ecosystems
- Proven ability to build meaningful client relationships and manage stakeholders with confidence
- Experience leading, coaching or supporting team members to achieve shared goals
- A strategic mindset, able to turn insights into practical plans that drive growth
- Confidence working with data to inform decisions and communicate performance clearly
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas in a clear and engaging way
