Senior Care Assistant: Lead Team & Resident Wellbeing

Advinia Healthcare is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead care teams and deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents. You will work closely with Nurses or Deputy Manager and be responsible for medication administration, care planning and staff supervision.

You will hold NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, have strong communication skills, and be able to coach your team while maintaining compliance with CQC guidelines.
