If you are a dedicated and skilled chef, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a luxury hotel known for its exceptional service and welcoming culture.
This is a permanent role, at 48 hours per week (including weekends), with an annual salary of £33,852 plus generous service charge and a brilliant benefit package.

Key Responsibilities
- Owning and overseeing your workstation: oversee your workstation and, alongside the rest of the kitchen, make our menus come alive. Work to spec and direction given by the senior chef team to create the menu dishes for our guests, encouraging creativity and input in creating specials and market menu.
- Ensure your section is prepared and cleaned down: ensure your section is clean and extensively prepped in accordance with menu specifications and standards, demonstrating food hygiene standards and understanding of allergens.
- Team Collaboration: work closely with the kitchen team to maintain a harmonious working environment, fostering effective communication and teamwork.
- Training and Development: assist in the training and development of junior kitchen staff, sharing knowledge and skills to foster growth within the team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role in a high‑quality kitchen.
- Charisma, an engaging personality and a passion for hospitality.
- Ability to keep calm and focused during busy service, keeping your station clean and tidy throughout.
- Knowledge of techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards; food Hygiene level 2 would be beneficial.
- Organisational and time‑management skills and effective communication and teamwork skills.
