Senior Chef De Partie

Responsibilities

• Run a section in the kitchen ensuring all produce is fresh and prepared to the required standard.
• Help to train the Commis chefs.
• Perform all normal Chef de Partie duties and additional responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Senior Chef de Partie with significant experience, at least in a good quality venue.
• Looking for more responsibility and a step up.
• Experience with fresh food preparation is beneficial.
