Hough Green Garage in Widnes operates a 24-hour Breakdown & Recovery Control Centre. We are seeking dedicated Co-ordinators to join a fast-paced team, making calm, decisive decisions during time-critical incidents and emergencies.
You will manage inbound and outbound calls, deploy recovery operators, monitor progress, liaise with emergency services and roadside teams, and ensure accurate documentation and GDPR-compliant handling.
