Independent Living & Housing Support Officer

Codi Group in Cardiff is recruiting two full-time Scheme Support Officers to join a dedicated team. The role requires flexibility with shifts across days, nights, sleep-ins, and weekends. A Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle are essential as staff work across locations.

You will support individuals experiencing homelessness, helping them address alcohol and substance use challenges while promoting independence and tenancy maintenance.
