Student Wellbeing & Behaviour Support Officer

Pastoral Support Assistant position in South Birmingham commencing September 2026. You will provide one-to-one and small group pastoral support for pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs, working closely with teaching staff, parents and external agencies to improve attendance, wellbeing and engagement with learning.

The role requires safeguarding awareness, resilience and excellent communication to build strong relationships with students and colleagues in a busy school environment.
