Social Care in Action (SCiA) is seeking a proactive People and Culture Recruitment Officer in Southampton. This permanent, full-time role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing campaigns, and building talent pipelines to support SCiA’s growth and safeguarding commitments.
