Head of Community Wellbeing & Health Partnerships

Freedom Leisure is seeking a strategic Head of Community Wellbeing to lead integration of health, wellbeing and leisure across Malvern Hills and Worcester City. You will shape programmes, build partnerships with councils, NHS and voluntary groups, and secure sustainable funding to improve population health.

You will oversee teams, use data to drive outcomes, and champion inclusive access to services, while advocating for reduced health inequalities in our communities.
