Salary: £39,590 – 44,989 per year
Requirements
- A driving licence is required for this role.
- You must be available to participate in an on‑call rota.
- This role is offered as one of two fixed‑term contracts for 18 months.
Responsibilities
- Provide end‑user support both remotely and on‑site across multiple technologies.
- Deliver excellent customer service by following the processes and procedures that support our end‑user estate, systems and infrastructure.
- Advise on and lead technical solutions as new technologies, projects and challenges arise.
