It’s all about you and the scheduling team hitting the ‘sweet spot’ between material availability, storage space, and working capital value.
With our Heineken Behaviours as your guidelines, we’d love you to take our very complex supply planning process and use your analytical and problem-solution skills to “Keep It Simple”! This means constantly managing information flows with stakeholders, using your listening, and communications skills to build strong relationships across functions. These relationships will result in more open conversations when we are all under pressure, allowing you to be an effective key driver in the scheduling process.
At Heineken we promote and support Smarter Working, in this role there is some flexibility required to meet the needs of the various departments it supports.
