Hybrid Occupational Therapist – Adult Social Care (12-Month)

NHS Bracknell is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join the Adult Social Care Hub on a full-time, 12-month maternity-cover contract. You will assess and support individuals to live as independently as possible within their communities, working within a multi-professional statutory team.

You will be HCPC registered and have experience in strengths-based practice, with regular supervision and a varied caseload. The role offers a hybrid working model from Time Square, Bracknell.
