Front Door Practitioner Lead, Child & Family Social Care

Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking an Advanced Practitioner IFD for two posts in Children’s Services. The role is full-time with a fixed-term contract to 31 March 2028 and salary of £50,269, with agile working requiring at least three days in the office.

You will lead practice development, supervise colleagues, deliver training, and promote relational, strengths-based social work at the front door, working within multi-agency partnerships to safeguard children.
