Job Description:
Dwelly is seeking an experienced Lettings Team Coordinator/Team Leader to run a front-line Tenant Find team across its agency network in London and the Midlands. You will lead 2–6 negotiators to start, growing to 6–10, and own daily delivery, targets and customer experience.
You’ll rebuild processes, roll out new technology, and cover peaks, with regular travel between branches and occasional visits to the London HQ, reporting to the Operations Manager for Tenant Find.
