Head Chef | Country House Kitchen Leader

Eastwood Park is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in a Grade II Country House venue. You will manage ordering, receiving and preparation of all food, focusing on local produce and menu development.

The role involves contributing to strategy with the GM and ensuring hygienic, safe operations. You should have hotel kitchen experience, strong leadership, excellent organisation, and a Food Safety Level 3 qualification (willing to complete Level 4).
