The North Sea Fish Restaurant – WC1H 9EW, Russell Square The North Sea Fish Restaurant, a well-established Fish & Chip takeaway and restaurant in Russell Square, has been serving customers for over 70 years. We are currently looking for a Trainee Chef (Fryer) to join our team in a busy, high-pressure kitchen.This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn traditional fish and chip cooking and develop their kitchen skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Frying fish and preparing classic fish & chips
• Grilling fish
• Preparing starters
• Maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness
• Working efficiently as part of a busy kitchen team
