Senior Social Worker – Adult Care Leadership & Safeguarding

Wokingham Borough Council is offering a permanent, full-time Senior Social Worker/Senior Practitioner within Adult Social Care in Wokingham. 37 hours per week with a salary of £53,270–£54,357 per year plus a £3,000 market supplement.

You will join the All Age Continuing Care and S117 Support Team, working with colleagues across social care, health, and partner organisations to secure funding, coordinate assessments and ensure people get the support they need.
