Social Worker – Through Care Team (Hybrid)

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd in Hounslow is seeking a Social Worker to join the Through Care Team. You will manage Looked After Children and Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children in line with statutory requirements and contribute to safe, effective care planning.

You will undertake assessments, care planning and permanence work, preparing reports for court and multi-agency panels, while supporting children and young people to express their wishes and lived experiences.
