Adult Managed Care Social Worker – Wales

Hoop Social Work is seeking a Managed Care (Adults) Social Worker for Newport Council on a six-month contract. The role involves undertaking adult assessments and reviews, with an expectation of 4–5 days per week in the office or community, depending on service needs.

Eligibility requires a social work qualification and registration with Social Care Wales (or Social Work England). A DBS via update service or willingness to apply is required along with driving license and access to a car.
