ENABLE Scotland is seeking an Employment Coordinator for the Wick/Thurso area to provide targeted support for people facing barriers to work and to deliver engaging group sessions, including digital skills qualifications, to boost confidence and progression into sustainable employment.

You will monitor progress, work towards employment targets, and collaborate with local employers to create inclusive opportunities while developing relationships with clients of diverse backgrounds.
