In-Home Health & Social Care Support Worker

NHS Highland is recruiting for a Care at Home Assistant in West Caithness to join a multidisciplinary team delivering holistic care at patients’ homes. The role focuses on helping people maintain independence after discharge and supporting them in the community.

You will work on a rota basis, 07:00–11:00 and 17:00–22:00, with four days on, four days off. Full training is provided, and a driving licence with access to a vehicle is essential for travel across rural areas.
