Senior Director, Clinical Operations – Pharmacy Services

Ashtons Hospital Pharmacy Services Limited is seeking a Head of Clinical Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership for the in-situ outsourced clinical services team across the Ashtons portfolio.

This role manages pharmacists and technicians, drives patient safety, maintains KPIs and SLAs, and collaborates with the Sales team to onboard new servicing locations. It also partners with the Head of Clinical Quality to advance clinical governance.
