Driving Recruitment Consultant – Uncapped Commission

Interaction Recruitment is hiring a Driving Recruitment Consultant for our Midlands Hub in Milton Keynes. This permanent, full-time role involves 360-degree recruitment across business development, client management, candidate recruitment and compliance.

You will develop new driving recruitment business, recruit Class 1/2 and other drivers, manage bookings, and coordinate payroll-related processes while maintaining client relationships and meeting targets.
