Family Intervention Specialist – Edge of Care & Support

Leicestershire County Council is seeking a family intervention worker to build relationships with children, young people and families at risk of entering care. You will co-work with social workers, support a homelessness pathway for 16/17-year-olds, and manage multiple contacts weekly within a reduced caseload.

The role requires DBS enhanced disclosure and a commitment to delivering positive outcomes with a High Challenge/High Support approach within our Signs of Safety framework.
