AI-First UI/UX Design Lead — Remote

Puffy is seeking an AI-First UI/UX Design Manager to own the e-commerce design stack and drive AI-powered optimization. You will ship high-fidelity experiences, lead a design team, and implement AI-driven workflows to accelerate design-to-dev handoffs.

You will design for scalable AI-assisted UX, manage a globally distributed team, and report directly to the CEO. The role offers remote-first flexibility with relocation options to our Dubai office and visa sponsorship where applicable.
