Health & Social Care Service Lead — Registered Manager

Cornerstone Community Care in West Dunbartonshire is seeking a Service Lead (Registered Manager) on a temporary maternity cover (~12 months). You will oversee community support and two housing teams, delivering high-quality, person-centred services while coaching staff and working with senior leadership.

You will report to the Associate Director and drive service improvement, with opportunities for professional development through our Training Academy and industry qualifications.
