Team Manager, Leaving Care – Children’s Social Care

Bolton Council is seeking a Team Manager for the Leaving Care Team. The role focuses on leading a skilled group of social workers and Personal Advisors to deliver high-quality safeguarding services for children and young people in Bolton.

You will drive continuous improvement and professional development within the service. We offer a permanent contract, 37 hours per week, and a supportive environment with training opportunities and a strong focus on reflective supervision.
