Autonomous Community Mental Health Practitioner (Supervisory)

Wight Healthcare is seeking an experienced Mental Health Practitioner to join our Community Mental Health Service on the Isle of Wight. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to support people with complex mental health needs in the community.

The role involves delivering evidence-based interventions, supervising junior staff, promoting health, and coordinating care with physical health services. You will also contribute to training and development within the Trust and wider community.
