Commercial Solicitor (IP Heavy), 15 PQE, leading firm, Edinburgh or Glasgow, up to £80k

Most TMT roles in Scotland, particularly those at the leading firms, look the same: commercial contracts and data protection. It is rare to get a role where the main focus is IP – this is such a role. A Tier 1 firm is looking for a Commercial solicitor for a role that’s at least 50% IP – a genuine mix of transactional and contentious work, and the best IP instructions coming through Scotland. You’ll work directly with one of the most highly regarded IP Partners in the country.
